We ship with USPS for shipping. All orders will be charged a flat-rate of $11.99 unless otherwise stated.
We will only ship using this portal within the United States (Domestically). All orders will be shipped within 1-2 Business days from when the order was received and are usually arrived 4-6 days, but often much sooner. International orders are possible. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift card will be mailed to You.
